Family visits, house moves and long summer stays all qualify for our longer-stay rates.
Stays of seven nights or more attract weekly discounts of up to 15%, and stays of 28 nights or more attract up to 25% off. If you’re between homes or hosting visiting relatives, a monthly stay often costs far less than you’d expect — ask us for a quote.
